Who is it run by?
Just me! I operate the shop from the same office that I do my drawing and writing in. Consequently, it can sometimes take me a while to fulfill orders due to the time involved in preparing, packing and posting them on top of two other jobs!
Do you accept international orders?
Absolutely, I can ship worldwide. Just enter your details during checkout, and shipping options for your country should be displayed. If you can’t find shipping options for your country, please contact me using the form below.
What is this shop’s return and exchange policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact me using the form below and I will address the problem personally as soon as possible. I’m not able to give a more specific policy, since some items are mass-produced, some are limited and some are irreplaceable, so situations will vary.
If you are buying a particularly expensive or unique item, you can choose a “tracked and insured” shipping method during checkout, which will guarantee that you can be compensated if the item is damaged or lost during shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order?
I aim to ship all orders within 3 working days, but I run the shop by myself on top of two other jobs, so it can sometimes take up to 10 working days for the order to be shipped.
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive within the UK depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
If you’d like your order to arrive before a certain date, just contact me using the form below and I’ll put your order on high priority and do my best to accommodate your request.
How is this shop built? Is my payment information secure?
The shop is built using Jigoshop, an excellent eCommerce solution that works in conjunction with WordPress. All pages on this site and the shop use https addresses, and are protected by SSL encryption from snoop attacks.
The checkout process uses Stripe. No sensitive information goes anywhere near the servers of my website – all credit card information you input during checkout is kept encrypted and secure by Stripe, who are PCI-certified. You can read more about their security measures here.
How are your prints made?
I print A4 and A3 prints in-studio using ChromaLife 100 inks (which have an archival shelf life of 100 years) at 2400dpi (you really need a magnifying glass to make out the resolution of the print), on heavyweight (200gsm) matt coated paper stock.
Can I request a print that isn’t in your shop?
You can! So long as I own the copyright to the image, I can add prints to the shop at request, please use the contact form below to send your request.
Do you accept commissions?
I do! Please use the contact form below, detailing what you’re after, and I’ll get back to you with a quote plus an estimate of when I’d be able to start (as I’m sometimes backed up with requests or other projects).
